MTM Global Services, Inc. provides this page so visitors, contacts, and prospective clients can understand how to manage communication preferences and request removal from non-essential outreach.
Because MTM's website and platform are still being developed, preference requests should currently be submitted through the MTM contact page.
Communications You May Opt Out Of
You may request to stop receiving non-essential marketing, event, update, newsletter, or general business development communications from MTM.
MTM may still send necessary administrative, transactional, security, legal, compliance, engagement-related, or platform-related communications where appropriate.
How to Submit a Request
To request an opt-out or preference update, use the contact page and include your name, company, email address, and the type of communication you want to stop receiving.
MTM may need to verify the request before changing records, especially if the request relates to business records, platform accounts, active engagements, institutional coordination, or contractual communications.
Processing Time
MTM will make reasonable efforts to process preference requests promptly. Some communications may already be scheduled or in progress before a request is fully processed.
Preference changes may not remove information from historical records, compliance files, backups, or systems where retention is necessary for legitimate business, legal, security, or contractual purposes.
Cookies and Browser Controls
Visitors may use browser settings to block, delete, or limit cookies and similar technologies. Some website features may not function as intended if cookies or local storage are disabled.
